Description

Overflow from Baseline Reservoir and an adjacent irrigation ditch is flooding yards and homes along the east side of Gapter Rd. The main flow in my backyard averages 6" deep, with eroded parts flowing as deep as 18". We've had as much as 18" of water in our crawl space, but got the use of a gas-powered pump early this morning and have been able to mitigate the damage.

The ground is completely saturated; my irrigation well is full (by upwelling) to within 6" of ground level.
